Future Leaders International Private School

American Curriculum (Pre-School to Middle School) – Common Core a State Standards of Learning, by the NGSS and the MOE National Curriculum. 

FLIS-Rabdan opened in the 2023–2024 academic year and currently serves students from Pre-KG to Grade 6, with one additional grade level added each year as we grow into a full middle school. The school offers a standards-based American curriculum, aligned with: 

  • California State Standards for English, Math, Physical Education, and Art 
  • Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) for Science 
  • AERO Standards for Social Studies 
  • MOE Curriculum for Arabic, Islamic Studies, UAE Social Studies, and Moral Education 

Early learners in Pre-KG and KG1 benefit from the Creative Curriculum, which fosters inquiry-based and developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Non-native speakers also receive tailored instruction in Arabic and Islamic subjects. 

Our curriculum is designed not only to meet international benchmarks but also to honor the UAE’s national identity, Islamic values, and cultural heritage. 

Our Founder 

FLIS-Rabdan is the educational vision of Mr. Saif Mubarak Fadel Al Mazrouei, founder of the internationally renowned Bin Fadel Group, a multi-industry enterprise that plays a key role in the UAE’s economic development. Driven by his commitment to excellence and inspired by the Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030 and ADEK’s Educational Master Plan, Mr. Al Mazrouei identified the need for a high-quality, future-focused school rooted in national values and global competencies. His vision is to create a generation of creative, ethical, and globally aware leaders who are well-prepared to meet the challenges of the 21st century..

FLIS-Rabdan is located in a state-of-the-art facility in Rabdan, Abu Dhabi. Our purpose-built campus includes:
