A Message from the Principal

Dear Students, Parents, Guardians, and FLIS Community,

It is with great pride and enthusiasm that I welcome you to the 2026–2027 academic year at Future Leaders International School – Baniyas.

I am honored to join the FLIS Baniyas community as Principal. I bring 25 years of experience in education, including 17 years in educational leadership across the United States and internationally, with experience in school improvement, accreditation, inspection, curriculum, and teaching and learning.

My vision is simple: every student should learn, grow, belong, and be prepared to succeed in the future. Together, we will build on the strengths of our school while maintaining high expectations for student achievement, quality teaching, wellbeing, character, and personal growth.

As a school in the UAE, we will also take pride in developing students who understand and value UAE identity, culture, and values, while becoming confident global citizens. Great schools are built through strong relationships and genuine partnership. I look forward to working closely with our teachers, students, and families, listening to your ideas, celebrating our successes, and collaborating on areas for growth.

I am excited about the journey ahead and confident that, together, we can make 2026–2027 a year of meaningful growth, achievement, and positive change.
